learning – discover how “you” learn to further understand how your “clients and customers” learn
problem solving and conflict – working out sticky situations that will overall benefit all parties involved
interpersonal influence – getting people to go “your” way
communication – learn the four “style preferences” and how they operate for successful interaction with others
negotiating – understand the styles of negotiating and their characteristics; along with the win-win approach
