jeff is a former real estate broker with over 20 years experience in residential sales, management and training. formally he was the principle of his brokerage firm located in albany, new york and has held various positions including, sales director, staff advisor, sales instructor, director of recruiting and marketing. he is also a former new york state approved real estate licensing instructor. additionally, jeff has worked for caterpillar as a market development director, utilizing his training skills surrounding various areas of business to external customers and internal staff and employee members .
currently, jeff is a corporate trainer for real estate and various business arenas. he is a california state real estate licensing instructor and is a faculty member of the college of the desert’s center for adult training and development. he teaches at various associations of REALTORS® and also creates and presents varied training seminars along the lines of sales and other business subjects. he also provides consulting and coaching services to individuals and groups. in addition, jeff also delivers motivational and empowerment talks on specified topics to certain groups and organizations.
jeff is a member in good standing of the american society for training and development and the national speakers association. he resides in southern california and concentrates his business focus on the west coast.
