in this program jeff will teach you the “soft skills” that everyone needs to know to effectively interact with others  -  from your friends to the bank teller to your supervisor and co-workers at the office.  he’ll also teach you the “ins and outs” of conveying your thoughts and resolving conflict with others with tact, despite the lack of comfort this may cause. 

you will also learn how others process information, how to detect those styles, and techniques to work within these styles.  finally, jeff will show you how to get what you want out of life and the “correct” way to ask for it.
